Conducted by Tata IIS with the Government of Gujarat and Tata Electronics, the program equips students with advanced cleanroom, orbital welding, and testing skills, strengthening Dholera’s role as a key semiconductor manufacturing and skilled workforce hub in India.

The UHP Welding for Semiconductors Program is a specialized training course at Dholera ITI that prepares students for semiconductor manufacturing through cleanroom operations, orbital welding, helium leak testing, and precision engineering.
Students currently enrolled in or graduated from any ITI trade can apply. Candidates are selected through assessment sessions and receive industry-oriented training for careers in semiconductor manufacturing.
Dholera is developing advanced semiconductor training facilities, including an ISO Class 1 Lakh cleanroom, to build a skilled workforce and support India’s growing semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
Graduates can pursue roles in semiconductor fabrication plants, cleanroom operations, UHP pipeline installation, quality testing, equipment maintenance, and other high-tech electronics manufacturing industries.
